wordpress help

im quite new to wordpress.
i have a site that has 2 sidebars.
on the primary sidebar there is a widget called resources. i dont know where it came from or how to get rid of it. it only appears on the homepage..

please help..

    From your site admin go to "Appearance > Widgets" and locate the "Primary Sidebar" widget container on the right side of the page.

    Your "Resources" widget should be in that container. Just drag it out of the container and you're all set.

      Hello Cool...

      Installed this theme on a test site of mine and Clickbump gave the correct instructions...but there isn't a resources widget in that container.

      I think this resources widget is in the free version of the theme. Looks like you will need to purchase the theme to remove that advertisement...

      If you did purchase the theme there is a support forum for it...
