How to add a redirect link to a send message bottom

i built this website cash4goldpalmsprings.com/wp and the them does not give me the option to track conversion by redirecting the visitor to a thank you page after they put their information and i can not track it properly using google adword tracking pixel code and i am wondering how i can add a redirect link in The theme's code in that way after people put their information in the form and they click the send message bottom, they will be redirect to a thank you page
