Support with a Weebly website

Hi All,

I have a client who is using a Weebly website and I need to upload some files to the root directory. I contacted Weebly support but they are not responding.

Does anyone know how I can do this if it is even possible with Weebly.

I would like to upload the files to the home directory folder. So, if I want to upload a locations.kml file I want the path to look like - http://www.mywebsite.com/locations.kml
