Should wordpress be used for dynamic sites?

I have good working experience creating website using WP, and I am very impressed with all the functions and plugins available. Though for some future projects, I have ideas of creating very dynamic and customizable sites (with php and mysql), that makes me wonder two questions:

1) Should I use Wordpress to start off, and add the dynamic components which I develop later on? Or should I create the site from the ground up and forget about Wordpress?

2) For my current site using Wordpress, how hard/easy is it to "transfer" into a platform which is completely independent from Wordpress?

    1. WP is dynamic without your "intervention" = PHP and MySQL based for the first moment of its existence, just FYI.

    2. Transferring content from a database into a different database set up and organized along a comletely different logic (which is the case for 99% of CMS scripts) is always a PITA.

Figure out from the very beginning what you need and what you want - and build it accordingly.

The dynamic things I am thinking of right now would be, for example, unveiling complex relationship in different fields from different mysql datasets, allowing users to write their own game script and be able to upload and play on the site, or complex search strategy, etc. Can they easily be done or implemented into WP?

I wonder what might be some (dynamic) things people can't do through Wordpress but have to create their own site from scratch? Thanks.

It seems like you are expecting the content management system to natively include functions in addition to and far beyond content management.

You might be able to do that with custom plugins, of by adding functionality to a page template.

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.

You can easily integrate dynamic programming in WordPress, infact i would suggest you to make your process dynamic with the help of advanced pHp and MySQL.
