I do a lot of web design and ColorZilla works great.

You will definitely appreciate the eyedropper feature

Could also use Adobe Kuler, https://kuler.adobe.com/create/color-wheel/ has a color wheel for hex, rgb, cmyk. shows complementary, triad, analogous colors, and shades of colors. Go into the explore page and they have a library of color swatches that I've found real helpful too.

I also use colorcombos.com for a long time now. It's very practical because we can just insert a website address to know all color codes used in that website. Very cool!
