Wordpress Site Transfer Problem

Hello World. I seem to have a problem with the site transfer. I mean I can still see the site and everything with little problems. But I am trying to point my Wordpress Site to someone else instead of me. Here is the deal:

1. I have changed the nameservers of the domain to point to his server.
2. I have changed the WP-Admin info to give him a username and password.
3. I have changed the WP-Config information to match the database name.
4. We are both hosted at HostGator.

In other words, everything is pointing to him but when I try to login to my WP-Admin, his login info doesn't work but mine does, meaning it is for some reason still hitched I want to change it so it works on his and not mine. I've had this problem once but I forgot how I solved it. Is there anything else I'm doing wrong? Please help.

Hello! :-) My best guess is that the WP-Config information is for
some reason the cause of the problem. My reason for guessing this
is because your login information continues to work. Sometimes just
stepping away from the situation and re-visiting it and going over
all the steps one by one again with a fresh mind can often reveal
errors that you never knew were there. I hope this helps, and with
any luck you'll have this sorted sooner than later.

Thanks, but it's working now. Apparently you gotta give it time on new servers haha.
