Why is my sidebar pushing widgets down to the bottom

I have tried messing with the width but cant seem to fix this.

    Ideally I would put the three elements (two sidebars and your content section) as three separate "div" tags in a single "container div" and give them all a left float. Also, to center a div, "margin-left:auto" and "margin-right:auto" works better than "text-align:center" (which would center everything inside rather than centering the div itself).
