I looked at the source and can't find it...

eReach.com - Reach Magazine - Cincinnati - Coupons, Savings, Ideas for your Home, your Family, and You!

But does anyone know a theme like this?

  You are not fair... because you linked to a different (sub)domain.
  
  The OP was asking about the main domain (ereach) - not a subdomain (blog.ereach) where there is a WP blog.
  
  The main domain is NOT a WP site. so doesn't have a theme.

To be hoenst the theme doesn't look all that good. I'm pretty sure that there are plenty of better looking and performing themes out there.
