I'm more of a graphics guy and need some reliable coders to turn my psd's into working wordpress themes. Where is the best place to find these people?

    I have good luck using the Warriors for Hire section on this site.

    I have also used eLance and Odesk. Both are good choice to find coder's.

    I think Elance is the best marketplace to hire someone for doing a job for you.

    I use ODESK. WarriorForum might be good if you're looking guys with experience in affiliate-specific type scripts and plugins.
