Looking for a wp plugin that does this...

As the title says. I'm looking for a WP plugin that does this cool trick on the following website:
Garage Cabinets, Garage Floor Coatings, Garage Organization

hover your pointer over the "hot" graphic at the top right of the page. I would love to know how this is done. Hopefully it's an easy to get WP plugin.
Any ideas?

    That's an effect that's been written a computer language called "Flash" and I doubt very much that you'll find a plugin that does that same animation.

    I'd say you'll need to hire a developer that's familiar with animation on this one.

    yes its a flash with two parts.
    1. the hot deals button.
    2. the offer. ( after you hover your mouse on it ).
