What is a Good eCommerce Theme

Hello warriors,

Can anyone recommend a good ecommerce theme? I am looking for a theme that can show product images (150 x 150) on the home page or the "Products" page. I also need to be able to add an "add to cart" button and display the price below the image. I have tested the mystile theme with the woocommerce plugin but to be honest I don't find it very user friendly. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

I would use something more tailed for a Ecommerce site. ZenCart, OpenCart, OSCommerce, Prestashop, Joomla and Virtuemart, Etc., Joomla is easy for you to use. Wordpress will be great for blogging but to build an e-commerce site, it's really difficult...

  I usually work with Jooma & Virtuemart too, but what you maybe should test is Shopware. That's a pretty nice and free shopsoftware i also like to work with.

As per my view you can go with Wordpress.com. There are several ready-made themes available on the web today. Here I have shared a link where you can get your desire themes.

yeah, woocommerce is kind of a pain. I am NOT a novice, but why they gotta make it so complicated!?

My question to you is, what are you selling?

There are a few variables to choosing the right ecommerce platform, one of which is how you will be shipping. I have one site where my items shipping need to be calculated by weight otherwise Id lose my shirt. I used Opencart for this and REALLY like it as one of the few free options that will calculate by weight. The checkout is an enduring process, so if I were to redo it and pay monthly, Id go with shopify.com

I have another little shop with maybe 3 items. I just used paypal add to cart buttons with flat rate shipping to my wordpress site, simple simple.

If youre selling digital downloads and you want to stick with wordpress, maybe woocommerce IS the answer. It might just take some time spent learning.

I don't see how woocommerence is complicated, it does have a few features which are hard to use but you get used to it after a while.
