How do you edit your website templates?

When you download a free html template from the Internet, or you want to edit your own existing website template, what program do you use?

I use SeaMonkey to edit all of my templates because it doesn't require any coding knowledge. Do you use SeaMonkey, or another program? Would love to hear your thoughts, cheers.

    I always use Notepad ++ Once you learn some php&html, it hi-lights all the code and simplifies everything.

    PSPad - I found it a very good simple html editor.

    Its depend on you that in which software you can easily edit it. Some people use Net-Bean, some use Notepad++ and some use Dreamweaver. I personally use Dreamweaver because its very user friendly and also suggest you that use Dreamweaver.
