Could you use the wordpress thesis theme to design sites for clients and then transfer it to their hosting?

      Not only that but you can export/transfer them very conveniently. Thesis Skins in version 2x can be zipped and downloaded, then uploaded on the other end, then export the content using Wordpress Export and your not far from done in a lot of cases, dependant on how much reliance you have on plugins and other items which populate the database it is pretty much a dream to use. Genesis and the others are also pretty easy to do this with as they use Skins / Child Themes also.

      The best setup would be to create your own WP MU site and have all your clients test sites there on seperate subdomains or directories and then export them to your clients domain when needed. This means you only have one Wordpress install with lots of seperate sub sites running off one install. Each with their own unique Theme/Skin, Plugins, and content.
