Where to get Cool Graphics

I'm looking for a source where I can get cool graphics like
the ones that these designers have?

Take a look at their portfolio and you'll see what I mean.

hmm... I normally just use corbis and Istock for graphics. I find that for most of my stuff It is easier for me to hire a designer to create some concepts based on my requirements. In the Philippines you can find really good designers and pay them per project.

If I"m clear on what you're saying, these designers create most graphics themselves or are a mix of created and istock.

you can check my blog out Im do free graphics new stuff everyday started it on monday so theres not much only about 15 items and some photoshop resources I plan on starting to do about 2-4 post of freebies a day links below web and graphics

I have worked with all of those guys over the years, and they use a combination of graphics they create, iStock and possibly BigStock.

Wow. That's all creative and beutiful graphics design. iStock is main source for the graphics element but tt should be combined with a talented artist to adjust the needs.
Anyway, sometime I found the gfx resource at this site, gfxworld.ws

I'd say the best place to start is good old Google Search for free web graphics and you should have tons of options to choose from.

I think that's not about who can make Cool Graphics for you
but how far you can treat the designers, skills is second requires
but the most imporntaly is the communications between you and the designers

Do a Google search for "images" for the keywords you are looking for. You can even search for royalty free images in the options

  I use istockphoto for the illustrations. Not cheap but you can find some great designs there. Photos I always go with bigstock.

  There are a number of source around the web for good graphics - especially photos. I use Stock Photography: Search Royalty Free Images & Photos | iStockphoto.com (as mentioned by many above). I've also used Stock Photography: Download Free Stock Photos & Royalty Free Images. If designing graphics is not your thing (trust me it has always been a stretch for me!), you can try out a company like Logo Design - $149 where they have different folks give you options for your design.
  
  If you have a concept in mind you could also outsource it through a place like www.odesk.com
  
  Take some time to see what you like and don't like about the graphics. You can learn a lot from observation. Take one you DO like and re-create it to work with your needs. While photoshop is the bomb for all things graphics, utilizing a less intense program (I use Fireworks much more) can help you conquer the challenge of creating graphics on your own sooner.
