Can someone recommend a good tutorial on PSD to Wordpress?

I want to get good at this to help me understand web design principles better so im looking for a good tutorial on this.

Also I have dreamweaver and Photoshop CS3. Is this what i should use to do this?

If so how do you incorporate the theme into dreamweaver? (wordpress and dreamweaver)
