    Well, it looks a bit "run of the mill", like other fora I have encountered since the late nineties :-) On the positive side it is very clear, good color contrast and navigation. Other than that: not my subjects so I can't really comment on content etc. But here's hoping it does accomplish what you set it up for.

    It's a bit dark at the top so your logo doesn't stand out. You have a wide list of topic so its hard for ads to be targeted to any group. You could change the icons for categories to picture icons.

    I agree, it looks quite blah and out dated. Like old time forum layout. Sorry you asked.

    Doesn't grab your attention or make you want to check it out.

    Big thing, there doesn't seem like a theme to the forum. Just everything and everything? Many people won't know what it's about.

    Could use some branding, get a logo, looks kinda lazy.
