I'm using the Genesis theme for an Amazon affiliate site. It was suggested my a course to make product reviews as pages and content as posts. So I have my product reviews as pages and they are showing up in my menu nav under my header. Posts are showing up on front page. This is making my site look sloppy as I have a Home page, About, Contact and the product reviews are showing up next to them. Is there any way to stop these product review pages from showing up on the navigation?

    The theme should support custom menus which will allow you to manage the appearance and display of menus. If not, create a child theme and add custom menus to the child theme.

    Take a look in Appearance -> Menus. You should be able to set a menu in there and choose which pages show.
