wordpress Error saving media attachmen

Hello,
I'm traing to add a jpg file to my blog and it's telling me Error saving media attachment.
also i can't even add ctegories and tags to post. i can see it but it's not saveing them.
i did find info of it on google but none really work for me :-(

    What theme and plugins are you using?

    Try using one of the default WordPress themes, and if that doesn't fix it, disable all the plugins.

    Give us a link to your site and someone might see something that points to the problem
