If you designed your website in photoshop, the next step would be to get the design coded in HTML / CSS. Maybe you can show us the design..

I assume you are in beginner level for website designing.

After PhotoShop, there many things you need work with like HTML / CSS/ JQuery etc... for interaction.

At this point i suggest to go with freely available opensource application like Wordpress , Joomla, Drupal.

You will get lots of freely available shopping carts plugins.

You are correct buddy. I have a website on WordPress. When I started it, I have no idea of plug-ins, but now I know a lot. In WordPress there is many plug-ins available for addind contact, shopping cart etc.

I used to build my sites using Dreamweaver. However, I found the easiest method for building a single or multiple page site is by using Google's Blogger. As a matter of fact, my sales page was set up pretty quick using this tool. I would advise you to buy a domain name from someone like Godaddy. It only costs $12.00 a year for a domain. You are going to have to set up Blogger with any domain that you purchase, but the people at Godaddy can help you set it up.

In my humble opinion, this is the easiest way to go and you can practice using Blogger without a domain.

God Bless, and I wish you well!

If you are trying to do anything to make money on the web DO NOT use blogger or any kind of free hosting for your money site, You can use it/them for linking or to drive traffic, but keep in mind that anything you have there can be taken down or deleted by those who own it for any reason or for no reason at all.

...Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just set there.

Not to get into a wee-wee contest about Blogger, but the instances of that happening are very rare. It could also happen with Wordpress or any other online service. I've known people that have had account shutdowns with Hostgator and Godaddy as well.

I once took a graduate level class with a university called "Teaching and Learning in Virtual Worlds" using Second Life the online virtual community. We got all the way to the final project which was due and the Lindens (the folks that run Second Life) shut me out of the virtual world.

So, believe me, if there is a gate keeper, it can happen anywhere!

      God Bless!
