Hi,
I am WordPress developer and now I done "Verbo" - premium version here is demo: Verbo Premium WordPress Theme | Verbo premium responsive WordPress theme presentation by myThem.es

And I think sell it with 40 - 45 $

How do you think it's more or less!

Also how do you think how much should cost a theme with full GPL2 license. And features: custom front page, responsive layout ( bootstrap 3.1.1 ), custom posts: portfolio, features, testimonials and shortcode ready. Theme will be designed like Verbo Premium WordPress Theme.

Well, most wp themes on ThemeForest are in that range. I don't see anything that special on your design. So based on that, I think that's a good range.

I hope you also are aware of ThemeForest requirements WordPress Theme Submission Requirements - Envato Support

I assume you want to post it to TF, because of the logos in the footer.

I try submit it to themeforest but it was rejected and now I want to sell it on my web site and on others marketplaces.

By the way can you suggest any website where I could sell my WordPress Themes

An alternative to making a child theme would be to use the custom CSS module in JetPack. I find it very handy for making minor CSS tweaks without having to go to the trouble of making a while child theme.

There are few big theme marketplaces, but TF might be the only one that allows "user submitted" themes. If you can't get in TF, you might wanna go for your own site. The upside is that in your own site you can ask anything you wantt for the theme, it just depends on your marketing skills how much money you will make.
