How do i install squeeze page template to wordpress?

I've squeeze page, sales page, and thank you page template which contains images, index.php, reset.css, and style.css. How do i install all these to my wordpress?
Should i use plugin? or i can install it in another way.

    are those already coded for wordpress? if so, just put it inside a wordpress theme folder and see to it that your style.css introduce the theme to the wordpress
