The design of the site is kinda outdated. You should look around for a new template if you cannot afford a designer & a programmer to do it.

Great domain name, terrible site. It needs to be redesigned from the bottom up, and by someone who understands what the goals of the site are.

The design of the site is not bad. But the content should be more expressive in order to understand what the website is about. Then you can expect sign up to your website.

Here is one (of many) changes you need.
Capitalize to help people understand that it is millionairePair.com rather than
    millionaiRepair.com
I would suggest going to the copywriting sub-forum and reading all the suggestions. Make what changes you can, then ask for help. After they finish scolding you cry a while and make some more changes.

You could def use a face lift for that website and put some more content specify Why someone should sign up and what they get if they sign up, emphasize things like that. All the best

I think the traffic is not targeted, you should focus on getting targeted traffic.

you need an expensive designer to appeal to the rich

this is no niche, just try earning a few dollars on fiverr

for this one you would need the works, and offline promotion with the rich and famous

it would cost you millions to set up that

    bless
