    I have a template I use for most of my stuff, paper white one, so I am not too much help. Though you might want to check it out.

    Have not used it, but many people recommend Optimizepress, think it's pretty much what your looking for.

      I would recommend taking a look at UberOptinPlugin.com Two-Step Opt-In. Very Versatile. Limited only by your imagination. Hope this helps you out.

    If you don't like ProfitBuilder, maybe you could check Instapage, OptimizePress or ThriveThemes. Out of 3, maybe OptimizePress is most powerful in terms of feature but it is bit pricey.

    Definitely OptimizePress. You can make beautiful websites/blogs with awesome funnels, squeeze pages, and opt in boxes very effortlessly.

    Based on my experience, optimize press is the best plugin (Especially for squeeze/sales pages)
