Optimizepress with Thrive Plugin

Hi

Has anyone used Optimizepress along with the Thrive Plugin? (Thrive Landing Pages - Conversion Lift for WordPress). Do they work well together or am I better off sticking with Optimizepress?

    I have not used either much, but they look very similar, like they do most of the same things. Seems it could be overkill? Or overlap and cause problems. If you could use both together ways. Since they are both theme's, don't see how you could use them both at the same time.
