Need to know your opinion about that idea

Hello warriors,
I have an idea to promote CPA offers with youtube+google, and i know that my idea isn't new, but i don't know if it keeps working until now for anyone of you or not.
The steps are:
1- searching for some easy competition keywords+high number of searches a month, from us+canada+uk+australia because the most offers allow traffic from those countries, in a specific niche such as: dating, gaming....
2- find an offer that meets the need of who searches for a specific keyword.
3- make a video convince the searcher to click the link and sign up in the website so that he will get what he wants, i think the conversion will be high because the traffic is targeted (searches from google).
4- work on the video to rank it in the first page.
5- start making some cash !!
i want to know your opinion about that idea my friends, and if you have any propositions or other ideas feel free to tell us and thank you !!

    Will it work? Sure.

    The key is to rank in YT, Google, Yahoo, Bing.

    To rank videos you'll need a couple of things:
    - Good keyword research
    - Good on-page seo optimization
    - A lot of backlinks
    - Views on your video (= not creating crappy videos that people click away from in 3 seconds).

    With a good monetization funnel in place this is definately a solid plan.

    I think that it will work for you but probably not to the level you want to go.

    There is also the possibility that this strategy may not work at all for you. You won't know until you actually taking action.

    Just be careful: There are others who are already doing what you are attempting to do so there is probably a lot of competition for you to face out there.

      Yes but if you work hard and smartly, you will achieve the goal even if it's hard, the most important thing is that i will learn a lot of thing even if fail.

    That should work and you should try it. Tweak it so you can get more traffic. Taking action is always the main problem to know if the idea will work or not. Also consider the content of your video if that will go viral which means people will like it and share. If the content or offer isn't good then your effort is going to waste.

    Alternative: Buy traffic and send it to a squeeze page after learning how to convert it to sales or actions or whatever you are going for.

    Hey dude

    I like the idea, but why not save yourself the hassle of cranking out all these videos and just create a few PPC ads instead? You can test the waters right away and see how the keyword performs like first. Then, if it works you can expand with videos on the good keywords like you suggested for an extra traffic boost and eventually switch the PPC ads off. It might be much quicker and more efficient this way
