Yeah you can find a lot of information on the forums here. Also are you willing to invest a few $ to learn how to do it? If so there are also a lot of courses out there to help you get started. One I tried was the Marlon Sanders Traffic Dashboard, he goes pretty in depth about Article Marketing or you can check out tutorial blogs about it...

There are several sites, both free and paid that will teach you all you need to know about article marketing. It has been my experience that if you put enough effort into looking, you can find just about anything you want for free. It may not be as convenient or as dressed up as the paid sites but it will be free

There are hundreds, if not thousands of threads here on article marketing. You're going to have to do the footwork to learn it.

Here's a really basic step by step:

- Get a 350 Word Article
- Publish on your own website
- Place it in to AMA (article marketing automation)
- SPIN
- Take a spun version and place it on a Web 2.0 website
- Make a YouTube Video
- Put YouTube video inside AMA
- Link to your Home Page, the Web 2.0 and your Money Page
- Press Publish

but having been on forums since the stone age.. I didn't want to get burned to a crisp.

Dude, there's a TON- look - go up to the SEARCH in that red bar. choose advanced search. pick "main internet marketing discussion forum" on the right, and on the top left write "article marketing" and choose "search titles only".

You'll be in class for months if you want to be.
