One thing you can do in the future when you start getting new customers is to add your affiliate program as part of the whole back office. Give each customer the ability to sign up.

Go to where the affiliates are hanging out, places like ClickBank, JvNotify Pro, JvZoo, Rapbank, PaySpree, PayDotCom etc - but better yet, nothing attracts affiliates better than a GOOD product, with a GOOD payout ( Best if recurring ) And not to forget, offer a free review copy to them that explains everything and shows them where they can get affiliate promo's already created
