    Incentive offers allow you to give something (cash, points, game play, ebooks, etc.) to a user who completes the offer and gets a conversion for it. Incentive offers are used on GPT (Get Paid To) sites, game sites, and for content locking. They cannot be used on micro worker sites.

    Incentive Offers allow you to provide an incentive for the user to complete the CPA offers.
    Best method would be to content lock something like PDF and have users complete a CPA offer in order to get access to the locked item.

    So just to add up on the answers of the rest of the folks - you can ONLY give your customers/visitors/users the type of incentives that are mentioned on the offer. Some don't allow money, some allow digital points that could be converted into money, some only allow free ebooks and info products.

    Make sure to read their descriptions before going ahead with it.

    One of the networks I would recommend would be AdscentMedia. They are pretty good and also pay out on time at least from experiences.

    Typically the most common way is to find something that someone wants (for example a free ebook, etc) and direct people to a landing page aroudn that and before the person can download the ebook (or whatever you are using) they must fill out an offer (or offers)..
