Alternatives to Outbrain and Taboola for us normal folks

Hi,

Are there any paying alternatives to Outbrain and Taboola for those of us who don't get 10 million page views a month?

Quality content only - no fake stories or ads disguised as content. Preferably fully customizable via CSS / JS / HTML.

  Taboola is for normal folks
  
  Revcontent is pretty good the back end is clunky , clicks from 3c upwards.. I've had good traffic from content ad at 5-6c
  
  Don't forget Facebook traffic, with the right targeting you can get a load of traffic for under 3c a click

  Has anyone tested their traffic sources in any high-end CPA offers? I've tested both Taboola and Outbrain but the lead-quality wasn't that great and therefore not sustainable in the long run as the merchants just got upset as they couldn't make enough sales to make it work.
  
  What's the traffic quality like on Scoop It, Paper Li and Curata? Obviously very curious to find out about these alternatives as the volume itself is usually very good. If anyone has any experience using these some input it would be much appreciated.

There's also Gravity - Personalizing the Internet. but sadly they don't offer PPC.

adblade requires insane traffic also. I heard they requires 500000 UV per month to get accepted.
