Is direct linking of offers wrong? What is the best Method of promoting offers?

Hello guys, I have been an affiliate marketer with Maxbounty for up to a year, but have barely generated a single lead. I have tried promoting many offers ranging from dating Offers, Mobile, Surveys etc, but have been sending traffic to the affiliate link directly. I have also tried using Mobile traffic such as AirPush, StartApp, and yet no leads. I have also tried using PopUnder traffic such as Popads and Popcash, yet no result. Please guys, what exactly am I doing wrong? Must I use Landing Pages? Please recommend the easiest and cheapest Landing page creator to use because am currently on low budget. Thanks Guys.

Most people either use a landing page to help presell the visitors or a squeeze page to collect emails prior to sending them to an offer

The traffic sources that you have used till date do not work well with direct linking of campaigns. You would need to have a landing page in place and only then you can come to the conclusion.

  Bing is the best option.
  
  But the problem is it can be very expensive to profit because the CPC prices are very high. So you have to split test keywords and ad copies and narrow them to down the ones which are converting the best.
