Url Targeting Or Domain Targeting PPV!

Hello everyone so let me cut to the chase. I just launched a cpv campaign on 50onred/Rtx. It is a direct link campaign. The offer comes with a prelander page for email catchers.

My offer is a single optin payout for a free membership. So far I have managed to get 2 comversions but I have a big problem.....IM STILL LOSING MONEY LOL.

It is my first campaign on this network but still. Now I have been targeting domains within the niche so I have a lot of impressions. This way of targeting actually led to my conversions while I slept. They always seem to happen when I'm not monitoring them.

Now with laser targeted url targeting on sign up pages I'm not seeing any traffic at all! Basically I got lucky with thise conversions.

However I did decode my urls in my tracker to see exactly where the conversions happened and what time they happened. But that didn't help me get anymore traffic.

I know these ppv guys say you should never target domains but I ain't get no traffic with dem super laser targeted urls lol!

My question is what should I do? I should go ahead and get dedicated hosting with a cdn and setup my own landing page or just move on?
