Are there any SaaS products for creating CPA offers?

I know SaaS products like LeadDyno and Refersion allow you to create affiliate marketing offers. But how about specifically for CPA offers? Are there any SaaS for them or is my only option to go to ad networks like MaxBounty or CJ?

    I did some more digging and found my answer (more data would be still nice tho). LeadDyno and Refersion both only track affiliate final sales, but one of their competitors, Post Affiliate Pro, does CPA marketing setups as well in their SaaS product.

    And I'm not 100% sure on this, but my basic understanding for sites like CJ and MaxBounty is they help with the software installation side of things, most likely with their own custom software tools, but has a setup fee ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars, in addition to the transaction fees they collect from each individual sale.

    Depends how much control you want over your affiliate programs, including payouts, tracking, etc...

    If you want a relatively hands-off solution, those ad networks that you mentioned would be your best bet, not to mention they already have an existing base of affiliates ready to promote your offer.

    If you want more control over lead quality, payouts, and more... You'd be best suited for a self-hosted/self-managed solution such as idevaffilate or if you're looking for a lead attribution tool you could go for something like ClickMagick or Voluum and run your own CPA program.
