Incentive networks

I'm looking for an incentive network. I like to run short,simple offers. e-mail submits, etc. The networks I have been using apparently scrub a lot of leads so I don't make much. instantdollarz has tons of offers but scrub so many it's useless. directpowermedia was great, but now they don't convert anymore.

Also looking for one with weekly or bi-weekly payments. Right now I am sending 50-60 clicks per day. But if they actually convert that number will jump dramatically. Seems like when someone actually gets credited for doing an offer they do all the rest of the offers. But when the first offer I have converts about 5% I am losing a ton of money.

I've tried maxbounty but they will not approve me.

    I also really need to find a type of offer that doesn't scrub leads like they do with e-mail submits. The way my setup works, if the first offer doesn't convert then the user will usually quit and leave. But if the first offer converts then they will usually do many more offers. But if the user ends up having to fill out 20 pages of survey questions they usually won't finish it either. So needs to be somewhat short, straightforward, free, and honest (no scrubs).

      A. Networks don't scrub, Advertisers do. It comes with almost every offer, there's nothing you can do about it.

      B. Any short , free offer is going to scrub.

      C. Adscend has some which convert well.
