question about modifying url to CPA offer

Hi

I want to place a link from the description field of a youtube video, and youtube don't accept links like <a href="linktocpa">cpa offer</a>

so instead I thought about shorten the url using tinyurl and then upload such a link to the description field:
cpaoffer : http://tinyurl

this is cpa offers which are accepting social traffic, maxbounty

any suggestions about this?
