Does Neverblue got capped/private offers as well?

Recently got accepted to Neverblue, I've seen few video tutorials on CPA couching and it seemed like they had alot more offers in their Neverblue campaign then me? So do they have capped/private offers like Copeac or some? thanks..

The best way to find out would be to ask your AM, depending on how old the tutorials are they could be a factor as well - offers can change fast
