Hi, I want to buy some traffic from sellers on forums. But I want to know if there is a way to track if this seller is really sending ...

    If you buy banner traffic, you need ask your seller provide the report. If you don't believe their report figure, I suggest you join adbutler, they are the ads management report.

    What type of traffic is it?

    Depending on what it is you'll have different tracking sources.

    You could setup Prosper202 and give them that link - you'll be able to see the information on the clicks in spy view as they come in - and analyze them later.
