Teeth Whitening Offer in Dutch

I can't seem to find a teeth whitening offer that has a landing page that's in Dutch. I was wondering of you could help me find one? I've checked offervault with no luck and checked the many CPA networks I'm in with no luck either.

If you know of a teeth whitening offer with a Dutch landing page and preferably where they only give the option to pay shipping for the product, that'd be awesome!

    I see the offers on Markethealth but when I load them up, they're in English. I had my Dutch friends try to load it and it also loads up in English for them. While most know English there, they're hesitant to purchase from an English page, versus a Dutch page. I'll contact Markethealth and see if they can maybe check that geotargeting is loading up the right language page.
