Need help with email and zip submits.

Been testing out different tactics with mostly email submits, and a few zip submits. Haven't really been getting many conversions, tried to target some keywords for the category using pay per click. Maybe I am doing something wrong, if someone who is really good with email submits can help me out I would really appreciate it. Willing to pay by the hour or whatever it takes to learn.

Both should work fine with PPC, Have you been tracking your converting keywords?
