CPA Network which has International Offers?

Hello WF!
I am working in CPAway.com but the problem there is that most offers are for US only. As I am not from US and am newbies so it's difficult for me to keep up with those offers.

Please suggest me such CPA networks which has international offers, of course not maxbounty, azoogle and neverblue etc, because I am newbie and I can't be accepted there... tried but failed

  I know that, but told you that I am newbie and am not that much into this thing. So, its difficult for ME to promote US offers.

I would try with Neverblue. Never had problems with them in Europe

  Mate they are currently referral based and second thing is they ask you for your proof of earnings from other networks.

Hi,

Unsure if this has already been said, but PeerFly is a great network and does have international offers. That said, there are some that you have to ask for permission to use. So, just because you are a PF publisher, doesn't mean you can market all of their offers instantly.
