Questions about email submits

Are there any CPA offers where I can get paid when a visitor enters their email address and confirm the email? It seems all the free ipad and iphone stuff requires a visitor to fill out like 10 pages of surveys and offers. I'm using ppv traffic to build my list and it works pretty good, so I'm wondering if there are cpa offers that require only emails. I don't know why these free ipad stuff are called "email submits" when in fact you have to fill in so many pages. I mean they take much longer to complete than the auto offers and biz offers that I'm promoting which pays better.

"Email submit" Expression refers to any offer which requires the visitor enters his Email and click the submit button to continue to a series of pages. So the only required action for these offers is gathering the visitor's Email and no more.

You get paid for the Email no matter how many pages after that Email submit.

You can find Email submit offers in many other verticals not the iPhone only.

Also you can get the same offer but the required action is different (may be the action required is Zip submit and in that case you get paid after the visitor enters his zip code and click the submit button or the second page submit offers which often have a zip submit in the first page and the shipping or long form in the second page which is the required action to complete (filling in the registration form and click submit).

So you should focus on the required action which pays your money.

This exactly. The offers that require the user to also submit on the second page usually pay X2 more than the basic email submits. But at what cost?

Yes, sure 2nd page submits and short form leads pay more than Email/Zip submits and the cost differs from an offer to another it depends on many factors (Traffic source [Paid - Free] - Offer average conversion rate - Network and merchant's scrubbing rate - Landing page).

I believe that these types of offers receive lower conversion rates as they require extra effort and collect more sensitive data from the visitor.

It will be better for you to pick a low payout 2nd page submit if you want because you can get early conversions with lower scrubbing chances than the higher payout. These offers average payouts from $1.8 up to $3.5. so if i were you, i will pick the $1.8 to test it.

You can do great with 2nd page submits with Email traffic or PPC with right ad copy and the right keywords formula just lead the visitor to the offer's steps (flow) within your Ad.

I don't prefer 2nd page submit but i love the 1st page short form and 1st page lead generation offers as they have good payouts and easier to convert than 2nd page forms.

This is all based on my own test (you may get different results and experience).

It's all about testing (test any offer you want and gather some data to compare and continue with winners).

Also, you may find that most networks have both email submit and address submit offers for popular products (think ipad, iphone, various gift cards, etc). You can test which type works best for you based on the product.

Personally speaking, all the campaigns with 2nd page submits went so-so. The big ones were when all I had to do was have the visitor fill out the email and hit submit. Now if we're talking credit card/credit score 2nd page submits... that is a whole new ball game.
