Good old email submits, my team and i have been crushing them for a long time, I know traffic sources and ad copies that crush, what is your question are you looking for networks with them or places the run them

Yes, I mean networks that have mail submits and that is easy to apply to, cause i heard that it's hard to get accepted at some of them.

They are great for learning the systems and gaining experience that you can later apply to larger payout offers. They are not long term endeavours UNLESS you keep pumping out new campaigns all the time.

they can make a ton of money if one you work with a good advertiser who can get you the epc you need, i have publisher who can do a few k in leads a day on email submit traffic, and see epc from .70 and up, they are touch to convert at the rate but if you have quality traffic, it makes a world of difference.
