well that depends on offer lp. Put your self in place of a visitor and see what if you click on an ad and are directed to offer lp. will u submit your info right away or you will want more information about offer !!

If it looks like a scam or is overly hyped up, it might not be a good idea.

Always strive to think for yourself and use common sense. Of course, you need to test to know whether your judgment is correct (in many cases it might not be) but still, using common sense is good practice in all advertising.
