Problems with an offer on peerfly

Hi, I have been running a "mateone" dating offer on peerfly. Has anyone been getting problems with this offer? According to my tracking stats I should have made 20 conversions yesterday but only had 2 register in my peerfly account. I am slightly confused and obviously miffed that I only seem to have been paid for less than a quarter of my leads.

Has anyone else run this offer and run into the same problem?

Where are you seeing that you got 20 conversions? What tracking software? The only reason that should happen is if you were accessing your pixel or postback link directly for your tracking software.

It is impossible for your tracking software to show more legitimate leads than PeerFly because your tracking pixel is placed within the PeerFly tracking pixel and the postback link is only fired by PeerFly when a conversion has occurred on your PeerFly account.

If you continue to see more conversions on your tracking software we may need to look into figuring out why the pixel or postback is firing manually, but the offer is working fine

I never did get the postback set up but instead just updated the subids from your reporting. I simply pasted the list out into the prosper update tab. From what I understand, Prosper will use that information to mark what converted. This would be the most accurate way of determining what converted would it not? This is what I have always done from the start. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks for the speedy reply by the way. My only concern is that I am actually losing on this offer despite what my tracking is telling me.

Can I send you a screen shot of my tracking? I am sending via skype but it needs accepting.

        Thanks

Instead of manually importing conversions, simply setup the Global Postback URL from Prosper202 on the Global Postpack page on PeerFly. I have a guide here:
Setup your PeerFly Campaign on Prosper202

You can place your global postback on PeerFly here:
        https://peerfly.com/pubs/postback.php

Take a look and let me know if you have any other questions

I think you copied all the sub ids list from peerfly and pasted it without removing the non converted subids.

When you copy the subids from the peerfly reports it means they include all the subids (converted + non converted) so you should only copy the subids which has a conversion in front of it and not every subid.

        I hope that helps.

It sounds like you uploaded the wrong conversion codes in your tracker, there is no way for a tracking software to register conversions if the network doesn't credit them
