Clicks and no leads

So i just started up my first campaign and I'm getting quite a bit of clicks but no leads. I'm supposed to get conversations am i right? Is that another term for leads? Or is that impressions on lead impact? I'm new to this.

How are you promoting this? What offer? What niche?
This is often the trap that people fall in when starting (no offence), often just getting traffic alone does not guarentee leads, it often takes a lot of optimizing and testing. Make sure you have a solid plan on how you are converting your traffic to leads and that you aren't just driving traffic and hoping for the best

If you're getting click-thrus, that means your traffic source, ads, and target keywords are doing their job. If you're not getting offer conversions (into leads or sales), that means the offer page isn't doing a good job. However, it's hard to tell for sure without any hard data. How many actual visitors have landed on the page?... Could be the offer just has a low conversion rate.

  I just started so I understand i won't get what i want, but I'm trying to figure out things . I'm using a maxbounty dating offer and i use lead impact. The campaign got about 186 clicks in about an hour and now it doesn't get any more clicks. Probably because it's late now, but who knows. When i go into prosper202 to see how many vistors it had, there's about 186 IP's and a lot of them have a Referer link next it which I'm not sure what that means. I made it so it shows "Real clicks" and theres 160.

If you set up CPV lab your life will be way easier as you can see a lot more and it is super newbie friendly to set up...less figuring out and a lot more data.

  Yes, but cpv lab costs quite a bit of money and i don't want to spend that much right now. I'm pretty sure people are doing good with prosper too.

Use a landing page, dating offers are pretty easy to convert with PPV. I'd also suggest you to use Bevo Media, it is free and perfect for PPV tracking.
