Email to CPA List Building

I am hoping to start building an email list to promote some of my offers. I will be offering an incentive to opt-in. That being said I have a question. How do you prevent the people with several email addresses from signing up multiple times? I don't want to give out my incentive to the same person several times.

I will be doing this in Wordpress so if anyone knows of any good plugins I'd be greatly thankful too.

      Lets say, for example, if it was a "enter your email for a chance to win XYZ" deal. Some people would enter multiple emails in hopes for a higher chance of winning. How do I avoid that?

        If you know php you have it set a cookie or session, or even log their IP address to prevent this. If you don't know php PM me and I'll help you for free.
