      Because I have constantly been in touch with my AM. Also I didn't notice any funny bussiness going on. Also my AM asked for my ID proof and said my payment has been scheduled. After 3 Days I will knw for sure.

      I don't get it. How is this bad customer service of she's recommending you to go to a site that has many options for your question? I can see how you can mistake this for her trying to pass you on but I don't think this was her intention.
