How to monetize an e book with email submit form?

I wrote an ebook. The topic is really popular and many books are written in English. But there is no too many books written in my language. Now I am looking for a CPA network to monetize my book.

Many people in my country are able to read in English, but most of them don't speak English. Most download will come from countries that are not Western countries nor English speaking. I need a CPA network that pays for all countries.

There is another reason I want to use content locker. On-line shopping is not popular in my country. Many people don't have credit cards. Also, few bucks might be too much for them to pay. I won't be able to sell to many copies and make money that way. I want to give it for free and make money.

I need a CPA network like aweber, where I can ask users to provide email in order to receive a free copy.

    What is sounds like you are looking for is an Auto-Responder service like aWeber. (aWeber is my #1 recommendation.)

    aWeber is not a CPA Network. But it doesn't sound like you are looking for a CPA Network.

      Your posts sounds a little confusing.

      Do you want to put your book onto a CPA network and then have people download it on the thinking that you will make money if they download it once they have given up their email address?

      This seems to be my understanding from the two posts you have given.

      If so that will not work. If you have your book on a CPA network you will be paying to have the book there and pay for every email submit. I think you have your wires crossed.

      I'm willing to help but can you clarify what you are looking to do?

    I need a form that I will add to my website. User will use that form to provide a valid email adress and/or zip code. After that they will receive either download link or activation code. After that they will be able to download the ebook. This may work for me https://www.adworkmedia.com/content-locking.php I don't want visitors to see real URL of the ebook. That way they can share that URL. People will download book and I want make any money.
