CPA Question About A Specific Type Of Link

Hi Warriors:

Hope the week was great.

I am hoping you could please answer a question about promoting Cost Per Action offers.

A guy was talking about this on a website I came across.

Somebody that uses Craigslist/Backpage as example to promote (I'll make up a company) ZZZ Airlines uses one of the URL shortening sites.

He is able to have his link shortened from:
cpaofferwithnoinsentivehop=1238774

to .shortenedlinkcompany/ZZZAIRLINES

Does this go against any Terms of Service of a CPA Company and or the business itself because you are using their trademarked business name in the actual link or if it is not an actual website or blog is the person okay with their link?

    This is perfectly fine to do, most of us do this

      Hi Chris:

      Thank you for taking the time to answer a couple of the posts I had today.

      I always try to do the same if I can help anybody put the pieces of the puzzle together.

      When the guy on the site that I had visited talked about what he had done I was curious if that is a great idea but risky or perfectly within the rules.
