Good tutorial on passing subids and trackign data from source > lp > offer > pixel

I have a rough idea of how this works, but I just can't get it all tied together and working cohesively right now. Just got an alert from one of my AffNets that my SubID trackign has been put on suspension because I'm clogging up the s1. I guess that's an issue with Cake that I had been warned about. but as faras i can tell, I'm not sending any data through s1?

So I guess I'm looking for somewhere that clearly lays out how to pull this all together for me. I'm sure someone has done a good tutorial on the subject somewhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction towards a good explanation of how this all ties together?

I want ahead and purchased a VPS with Beyond Hosting to get setup with Prosper202. I've been dabbling in using Bevo so far, but wanted to get something hosted together. I won' be pushing any extreme volume for a while, so this should be sufficient to handle the number of clicks I'm expecting. I'm gonna go hit up Google/Youtube and see what I can figure out while I'm waiting for the setup, but would still appreciate any guidance in finding good tutorials on in depth tracking and how to transfer this data down the chain.
