Want to setup outsourcing business.

I am living in USA originally from Asia. Labor cost in that country is comparatively cheap. So I am planning to setup an outsourcing business. Since I grew up there, I know experts mostly in accounting, web designing and graphic designing field. And I have experience on accounting and knowledge in web designing. Anybody share me what do I need to do to set up an outsourcing business. Please!

    Most people looking to outsource this type of work look on Fiverr and Upward.

    With paid traffic you could make a sales video and advertise on social media that brings people to a website or sales page.

    I would think that without paid traffic you would need to start out of the two website I mentioned above to build up a client base. Once you have client base you can start paid ads and will have reviews from your clients to help on your sales page.

    I know this I general, but developing a business takes work especially starting out and trying to get traffic.
